President and Founder

Lisa leads all search and advisory capabilities with managing engagements across a wide variety of industries and titles.  With her 20+ years of talent acquisition and leadership experience in both the staffing industry and corporate in-house roles, she has a unique perspective to offer her clients and candidates.  


Her upfront positive approach, curiosity, thirst to provide top-notch service for her clients and candidates, lends to igniting excellence and achieving success all around.  She believes in working with just a handful of clients at a time to provide personalized service and identifying the best talent in the market. 


Prior to launching her search practice, she was recruited to Mechanics Bank, a $20 Billion, well-capitalized bank with 1,900 employees, to build the talent acquisition function from the ground up. She is strategic, curious, and creative about designing and executing modern talent strategies to source, attract, and retain early career to executive level individuals. She successfully scaled all recruiting functions through 3 bank acquisitions & optimized the end-to-end talent acquisition strategies and operational effectiveness with people, process and technologies. With her recruiting expertise, she personally placed over 200 candidates in key individual contributor, all human resource and leadership roles at the bank over her tenure at the bank. 


Prior to her tenure at the bank, Lisa was a staffing industry executive for 18 years at Nelson and held several key leadership roles.  As a Regional Vice President, she successfully led 8 branches, 3 onsite programs (Tesla, Bank of America and Fremont Bank), and authored and implemented several enterprise wide programs.  Lisa led the talent acquisition strategies and enablement for the organization.  


Beyond her search practice, Lisa is available as a fractional talent leader or consultant, who can advise on talent strategy, process creation and optimization, recruiting technology stack, ATS selection and implementation, reporting and analytics, develop programs, create a proven interview process and much more. 


She is currently an expert career panelist for the San Francisco Job Forum.  She is a past President of California Recruiters, a past board member for Recruiters Network, and past board member for Next Concept HR Association and a past Co-President/Board Member for Community Arts Foundation.
