We kick off the engagement with an initial meeting with our client to understand the specific role requirements, culture, and  challenges related to the position.

We will have detailed discussions around the role's responsibilities, qualifications, experience level, desired skills, and unique attributes required for success.  We will set up a consistent communication cadence for the search process.

From our consultation meeting, we will develop a comprehensive position profile.  It outlines the role's key attributes, responsibilities, qualifications, and any other crucial details. This profile will be pivotable to attracting the best candidates.

We utilize our extensive network, databases, industry contacts, and research tools to identify potential candidates who match your position's specifications. We believe in identifying passive candidates who may not be actively looking for new opportunities to fill your position.

We conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role's requirements. Shortlisted candidates undergo in-depth interviews to assess their skills, accomplishments, cultural fit, and motivations. These interviews delve into the candidates' professional history and their ability to contribute to the organization.

We compile a shortlist of the most qualified and suitable candidates for our clients review. Each candidate is accompanied by a detailed presentation highlighting their strengths and potential fit for the role. The client then selects candidates they would like to interview.

We will coordinate the interview process to ensure it seamless for our clients and candidates.  We can provide a curated interview guide for each search process to enable the client and their team to interview like a pro. Once the interviews conclude, we connect with the candidates to gain feedback and perspective. We will set up a calibration meeting with the client to determine next steps.  

Once the finalist is selected, we will facilitate discussions regarding compensation, benefits, relocation, and other terms between the client and the chosen candidate. Once the candidate accepts the offer, we will conduct references along with providing onboarding assistance as needed to ensure a smooth transition into the new role.

We will provide post-placement support to ensure the candidate's successful integration into the organization along with garnering feedback.
